Key Responsibilities
  • Support mothers pre- and post-delivery with expert clinical guidance and compassionate care.
  • Collaborate with doctors and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes and comprehensive treatment plans.
  • Monitor and assess newborns, including premature and critically ill infants, providing continuous vital sign checks.
  • Provide specialized, high-standard medical care to neonates in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU).
  • Ensure strict adherence to hospital protocols, infection control guidelines, and patient safety standards at all times.
Qualifications
  • Must be a Registered Nurse and Midwife (RMRN) or Registered Midwife (RM) with active certification.
  • Possession of a valid practicing license from the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria.
  • Proven professional experience working within a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU).
  • Strong clinical, critical care, and decision-making skills in high-pressure medical scenarios.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and patient-centered care approach.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work seamlessly as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
