About the Role
Al-Hikmah University, Ilorin, a prestigious private conventional university established in 2005, is seeking a dedicated and professionally qualified Clinical Instructor (AHUSS 09) to join our esteemed nursing faculty. Key Responsibilities- Supervise and evaluate nursing students during clinical postings and practical sessions.
- Demonstrate and instruct students on proper nursing procedures, patient care, and clinical techniques.
- Assess student performance, provide constructive feedback, and maintain accurate clinical records.
- Collaborate with faculty members to align clinical training with the approved nursing curriculum.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols, hospital policies, and professional ethics in clinical settings.
- Participate in departmental meetings, workshops, and continuous professional development programs.
- Possession of a Bachelor of Nursing Science (BNSc.) degree from a recognized institution.
- Must possess O Level Certificate with a minimum of five (5) credits including English Language and Mathematics at not more than two sittings.
- Current practicing license with the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria (NMCN).
- Demonstrated clinical competence and strong interpersonal and communication skills.
