About the Role
Fortics Lifecare Limited is expanding its network of primary healthcare providers and is currently recruiting a qualified and compassionate Nurse for our new hospital facility located in Agric, Ikorodu, Lagos State. We are looking for a committed healthcare professional who excels in patient-centered care, teamwork, and clinical excellence within a modern medical environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide safe, compassionate, and high-quality nursing care to all patients.
- Assess, monitor, and record patients' vital signs and overall health conditions.
- Administer medications, intravenous fluids, and treatments strictly as prescribed by physicians.
- Assist doctors efficiently during clinical consultations, examinations, and medical procedures.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date nursing and patient medical documentation.
- Educate patients and their families on post-treatment care, hygiene, and wellness management.
- Adhere strictly to infection prevention and control standards across the facility.
- Ensure seamless shift handovers to guarantee continuous and effective patient care.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and professional clinical workspace at all times.
- Possession of a CHEW or Registered Nurse (RN) qualification.
- A minimum of 2 years of proven post-clinical experience in a recognized healthcare setting.
- Must possess a valid and current professional practice licence.
