We are seeking a professional who can seamlessly combine clinical knowledge with strong interpersonal and sales skills to guide our patients through their treatment journeys.
Key Responsibilities- Guide patients through comprehensive dental treatment plans, explaining procedures, timelines, and costs clearly.
- Drive conversion and sales by effectively communicating the value of recommended dental procedures and addressing patient concerns.
- Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with patients to ensure high retention and satisfaction rates.
- Manage rigorous follow-up processes with prospective and current patients to secure treatment scheduling.
- Collaborate closely with clinical staff to ensure seamless coordination between patient consultations and subsequent procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of patient interactions, treatment proposals, and conversion metrics.
- Must be a qualified Dental Nurse, Dental Therapist, or Dentist with valid practicing credentials in Nigeria.
- A minimum of 3 years of hands-on clinical experience within a reputable dental practice.
- Exceptional communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven background or strong aptitude in sales, persuasion, and patient conversion.
