About the Role
Domeo Resources International (DRI) is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Night Manager / Auditor to oversee our client's hotel operations during the night shift. In this critical leadership role, you will act as the most senior management representative on duty, ensuring seamless operational continuity, strict financial accuracy, and the highest standards of luxury guest service.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise all overnight hotel operations across Front Office, Housekeeping, Security, Engineering, and Food & Beverage departments.
- Oversee the night audit process, revenue reconciliation, daily financial postings, and Property Management System (PMS) rollover.
- Deliver exceptional guest service, handle VIP arrivals, and resolve guest complaints or emergencies promptly.
- Coordinate security monitoring, emergency responses, and safety protocol compliance as the on-duty Incident Commander.
- Prepare comprehensive daily operational, financial, and handover reports for Executive Management.
- Bachelor's Degree or HND in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of hotel operations experience, with 1-2 years in a supervisory or night audit role within a luxury environment.
- Proficiency in hotel Property Management Systems (PMS) and night audit procedures.
- Strong crisis management, cash reconciliation, and leadership skills.
