About the Role
Domeo Resources International (DRI), a leading HR and Management Consultancy firm, is recruiting a dedicated Night Manager for our luxury hospitality client in Nigeria. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the most senior management representative on duty during the night shift, ensuring operational continuity, superior guest satisfaction, security, and strict financial accuracy across all hotel departments.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee overall hotel operations during the night shift, maintaining luxury brand standards and acting as the senior manager on duty.
- Supervise night operations across Front Office, Housekeeping, Engineering, Security, and Food & Beverage.
- Manage the night audit process, verify daily revenue, and reconcile financial transactions in the Property Management System (PMS).
- Deliver exceptional guest service, personally greeting VIPs and resolving escalated complaints promptly.
- Coordinate security, safety, and emergency response procedures as the acting Incident Commander when necessary.
- Conduct routine inspections of guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house facilities to ensure optimal presentation and safety.
- Prepare comprehensive daily handover reports for executive management, detailing operational activities, incidents, and occupancy metrics.
- Bachelor's Degree or HND in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of front office or hotel operations experience, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or night audit role.
- Prior working experience in a luxury or upscale hotel environment is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in hotel Property Management Systems (PMS) and robust financial reconciliation skills.
