In this crucial role, you will be responsible for maintaining the high standards of our hospitality operations during the overnight hours, ensuring a safe, secure, and seamless experience for all our esteemed guests and staff members.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise all hotel operations and guest services during the night shift to maintain exceptional quality standards
- Monitor, guide, and coordinate night duty staff to ensure maximum productivity and adherence to company policies
- Ensure accurate night audit procedures, reconciling transactions and compiling comprehensive financial reports
- Handle guest inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and manage security or emergency situations effectively
- Prepare a detailed and professional handover report for the incoming morning team to ensure operational continuity
- Minimum of a Ordinary National Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven professional experience working in a hotel supervisory or night audit role within the hospitality industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse overnight team independently
- Excellent numerical proficiency and attention to detail for handling financial audits and daily reporting
- Outstanding communication, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution abilities under pressure
