We are currently seeking a vigilant and professional Night Duty Supervisor to manage and coordinate our overnight operations, ensuring seamless service delivery and guest satisfaction across the board.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee all night-shift operations, ensuring adherence to company policies, safety protocols, and superior service standards.
- Monitor front desk, security, housekeeping, and maintenance activities during the night to maintain operational efficiency.
- Resolve guest inquiries, complaints, and emergencies promptly and professionally to guarantee a positive experience.
- Conduct routine property walkthroughs and inspections to ensure safety, security, and cleanliness standards are strictly met.
- Prepare comprehensive shift handover reports detailing incidents, maintenance issues, and operational highlights for daytime management.
- Supervise, mentor, and evaluate night-shift staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
- Minimum of an Ordinary National Diploma (OND) or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as a Night Auditor, Duty Supervisor, or similar supervisory role within the hospitality sector.
- Exceptional leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, especially in high-pressure situations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a natural customer-first orientation.
- Proficiency in hospitality management software and standard office productivity tools.
- Ability to work effectively through the night shift on a consistent basis.
