We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and professional Night Auditor to join our dynamic team in Nigeria.
Key Responsibilities- Manage front desk operations during the night shift, providing courteous and efficient guest check-in and check-out services.
- Perform end-of-day accounting tasks, including balancing accounts, reconciling room revenues, and verifying financial transactions.
- Audit, balance, and resolve discrepancies in guest folios, point-of-sale systems, and departmental shift reports.
- Prepare comprehensive daily night audit reports for management review and financial record-keeping.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally and promptly throughout the overnight hours.
- Ensure the security and safety of the premises, guests, and staff by monitoring facility access and enforcing hotel policies.
- Minimum of an Ordinary National Diploma (OND) or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as a Night Auditor, Front Desk Agent, or in a similar finance and hospitality role.
- Strong numerical proficiency with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Familiarity with hotel management software, property management systems (PMS), and basic accounting principles.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, especially under minimal supervision.
- Ability to work overnight shifts reliably and maintain high productivity.
