We are currently looking for a meticulous and professional Night Auditor to join our front office team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee overnight guest services, reconcile daily financial transactions, and ensure the highest standards of hospitality are maintained throughout the night. Key Responsibilities- Manage front desk operations during the night shift, including welcoming late-night arrivals and processing departures.
- Perform end-of-day audit procedures, balancing revenue and posting charges to guest accounts.
- Generate and distribute daily financial reports to management and relevant departments.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally and promptly during the night.
- Ensure the security and safety of the hotel premises and guests by monitoring common areas and following established safety protocols.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address any urgent overnight issues.
- Must be currently located in Abuja, Nigeria.
- Relevant educational qualifications in Hospitality Management, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous proven experience working as a Night Auditor or in a similar front office role within the hospitality industry.
- Proficiency in hotel property management systems (PMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong numerical accuracy, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-first mindset.
