About the Role
Amaiden Energy Nigeria Limited is a premier provider of technical staffing, inspection, and procurement services to the Nigerian oil and gas industry. We are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated New Pipe Yard Site Coordinator / RSES-D to join our dynamic operations. In this critical role, you will oversee daily site activities, ensure uncompromising health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards, and optimize material management processes to support our major engineering projects.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate daily operations, material management, warehouse activities, lifting operations, and fuel logistics at the New Pipe Yard.
- Supervise the receipt, storage, inventory control, and secure issuance of stock, non-stock, and scrap materials.
- Manage ECP and Transit warehouses while overseeing annual inventory counts and maintaining accurate documentation like Bill of Scraps and Freight Waybills.
- Ensure safe forklift, heavy lifting, and Canter Truck operations in strict compliance with company procedures and HSE guidelines.
- Oversee Jet A1 fuel issuance and ensure prompt helicopter fuel dispatch for field and offshore locations.
- Serve as the RSES Delegate to manage site risks, environmental compliance, emergency preparedness, and regular safety drills.
- Collaborate effectively with security, logistics, downstream, and archive teams while maintaining ISO 14001 standards.
- University degree in a relevant discipline from a recognized institution.
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in material management, warehousing, logistics, or site operations within the oil and gas industry.
- Proven expertise in HSE site management, RSES, and GSES protocols.
- Demonstrated experience in people management, resource allocation, and material handling.
- Proficiency in SAP/UNISUP, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Word.
- Strong knowledge of petroleum industry equipment, inventory control, lifting operations, and Permit to Work (PTW) systems.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and industrial conflict-resolution skills.
