Key Responsibilities- Manage stationery stock levels, handling requests, procurement, receipt, inspection, and systematic distribution across departments.
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail and courier services while maintaining accurate delivery records and logs.
- Oversee meeting room and event center bookings to ensure efficient scheduling and availability.
- Supervise office cleaning services and monitor contractor performance to maintain high hygiene standards.
- Coordinate office furniture, equipment, and appliance movements, as well as seamless staff relocations.
- Manage office key requests, maintain security records, and handle emergency key requirements promptly.
- Coordinate DSTV and satellite TV installations, maintenance, renewals, and necessary repairs.
- Maintain accurate records, databases, contractor invoices, and service requests to ensure operational transparency.
- Raise and follow up on payment documentation and E-JPC requests efficiently.
- Monitor contractor contracts and support timely renewals while liaising with internal departments and external suppliers.
- Respond promptly to routine and emergency office support requirements while ensuring strict compliance with company HSE procedures.
- HND or B.Sc. in Management Sciences, Humanities, Arts, or a related discipline from a recognized institution.
- A maximum of 2 years of relevant professional experience in office administration, facilities support, or internal services.
- Prior experience working within a large-scale business environment will be a distinct advantage.
- Demonstrated organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications to manage records and digital documentation.
- Ability to coordinate multiple service providers, multitask, and handle requests under pressure.
- Basic awareness of Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) requirements and workplace safety procedures.
