Key Responsibilities- Support the technical qualification of sales opportunities and provide accurate answers to technical questions in RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs.
- Build and present custom demonstrations and Proof of Concepts (POCs) for clients.
- Design, present, and deliver tailored IT infrastructure and network architecture solutions that drive client success.
- Collaborate effectively across internal teams and engage confidently with enterprise-level customers.
- Handle daily administrative tasks, generate reports, and maintain clear communication with relevant internal departments.
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field from a recognized university.
- 1 to 5 years of professional experience in network engineering or a similar technical role.
- Hands-on experience with Cisco network devices such as routers and switches is a strong advantage.
- Relevant professional certifications such as CCNA or CompTIA A+ are highly desirable.
- Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and presentation skills.
- Strong ability to combine technical expertise with commercial and business acumen.
