Key Responsibilities- Install, configure, and maintain robust internet connectivity equipment at various customer sites.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex network, internet, and hardware-related issues on-site.
- Configure and optimize routers, switches, and customer premises equipment (CPE).
- Conduct scheduled site visits for new installations, urgent repairs, and preventive maintenance.
- Escalate unresolved technical issues to the appropriate internal engineering teams.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all daily service activities and interventions.
- Provide comprehensive technical support and educate clients on proper equipment usage.
- Bachelor's Degree or HND in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 1 to 3 years of proven hands-on experience in field technical support or ISP operations.
- Solid foundational knowledge of TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, and general networking principles.
- Demonstrated experience configuring various networking devices such as routers and switches.
- Strong analytical troubleshooting, communication, and interpersonal customer service skills.
- Relevant professional networking certifications will be considered an added advantage.
