About the Role
DHL, the world's leading international logistics company, is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our operations team in Lagos as an NCG Lead Agent. Key Responsibilities- Lead and supervise NCG Agents to ensure seamless execution of flight alerts, pre-alerts, and movement documentation.
- Monitor and track inbound network data to guarantee timely availability for sort operations and update HUB systems accurately.
- Handle non-conforming, damaged, overweight, or undeclared dangerous goods shipments in compliance with network standards.
- Resolve network trace requests, customer inquiries, and service incidents proactively and professionally.
- Compile, update, and submit daily Global Hub Executive and NCG operational reports.
- Ensure all Lost and Found cage items and shipment exceptions are processed in alignment with ISO and DHL procedures.
- Bachelor's degree (B.Sc.) or equivalent in any relevant discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years of operational experience gained within DHL departments or the aviation/airline industry.
- In-depth knowledge of aircraft characteristics, limitations, and aviation Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
