About the Role

New Incentives is a US-based nonprofit dedicated to saving lives in developing countries by implementing health-related conditional cash transfer programs. We support pregnant women with at-risk pregnancies to encourage vital medical treatments, ensuring healthier outcomes for their children. We are currently looking for a dynamic National Partnership Officer to drive our stakeholder engagement and partnership efforts across Nigeria.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain productive working relationships with government officials, the NPHCDA, development partners, INGOs, and local NGOs.
  • Represent New Incentives professionally in technical working groups, meetings, workshops, and forums.
  • Identify partnership opportunities and conduct stakeholder research to prepare briefs, proposals, and concept notes.
  • Maintain an up-to-date stakeholder database and provide actionable intelligence on immunization sector developments.
  • Collaborate internally to ensure aligned, accurate external communications and effective follow-up on commitments.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in public health, social sciences, development studies, or a related field; a Master's degree is an advantage.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in routine immunization, primary healthcare, or health systems strengthening in Nigeria.
  • Demonstrated experience engaging with the NPHCDA and its Routine Immunization Working Group.
  • Strong understanding of Nigeria's immunization landscape and demand creation strategies.
  • Exceptional networking, public speaking, and relationship-management competencies.
