Key Responsibilities- Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated, and age-appropriate music lessons in alignment with our enriched curriculum and international standards.
- Develop comprehensive lesson plans, teaching resources, and creative learning activities that cater to diverse student needs.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages creativity, collaboration, and musical expression.
- Integrate modern technology and instructional resources to enhance the music learning experience.
- Manage the classroom effectively while maintaining high standards of student engagement and positive behavior.
- Prepare students for school productions, concerts, and external musical examinations or events.
- Bachelor's Degree in Music Education, Music, or a related field from a recognized tertiary institution.
- Minimum of 3 years of cognate teaching experience within a reputable school environment.
- Proficiency in playing at least one musical instrument and strong vocal abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of local and international music curricula and pedagogical strategies.
