Key Responsibilities- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging music lessons aligned with the school curriculum.
- Instruct students in music theory, vocal techniques, and the practical playing of various musical instruments.
- Develop and nurture students' musical and performance skills for school concerts, productions, and external competitions.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to support individual musical growth.
- Maintain a well-organized, safe, and inspiring music classroom and rehearsal space.
- Bachelor's degree in Music, Music Education, or a related discipline from a recognized institution.
- Proven teaching experience, with a strong preference for candidates with secondary school music education background.
- Strong proficiency in both music theory and practical music instruction (instrumental and vocal).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills.
