About the Role
DreamCity Properties, a leading private residential and commercial developer in Nigeria established in 2010, is seeking a creative and versatile Multimedia Officer. In this role, you will produce high-quality visual and audio content that effectively communicates our brand identity, showcases our diverse real estate portfolio, and engages target audiences across multiple digital channels.
Key Responsibilities- Create visually compelling designs including brochures, flyers, banners, social media graphics, and corporate branding assets.
- Plan, shoot, edit, and produce professional video content for marketing campaigns, property showcases, and investor presentations.
- Capture high-quality photographs of properties, projects, corporate events, and promotional activities.
- Develop engaging multimedia content such as animations and infographics for websites, social media, and email campaigns.
- Ensure all multimedia content adheres strictly to the Group's brand guidelines and maintains a consistent visual identity.
- Collaborate with the digital marketing team to schedule content across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Provide multimedia coverage including live streaming for corporate events, product launches, and groundbreaking ceremonies.
- Manage, maintain, and properly store all company multimedia equipment including cameras, lighting, and audio gear.
- Bachelor's Degree or HND in Multimedia Design, Graphic Design, Mass Communication, Film Production, or a related field.
- 3 to 7 years of verifiable experience in multimedia content creation, graphic design, and video production within real estate or related sectors.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software including Adobe Creative Suite, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
- Strong, diverse portfolio demonstrating expertise in graphic design, video production, photography, and digital content creation.
- Excellent creative, conceptual, and storytelling skills with a keen eye for detail and visual aesthetics.
- Ability to work independently, handle multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
