Key Responsibilities- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Montessori-based lessons tailored to the developmental needs of primary school students.
- Integrate Islamic ethics, character building, and basic Arabic and Qur'an education seamlessly into daily classroom activities.
- Manage the classroom effectively to maintain a positive, safe, and orderly learning environment conducive to student growth.
- Utilize modern ICT tools and innovative teaching methodologies to enhance student engagement and learning outcomes.
- Assess and monitor student progress regularly, providing constructive feedback to students and detailed reports to parents.
- Participate in school events, staff meetings, youth programs, and specialized holiday or summer coaching classes as required.
- Possession of an NCE, B.Ed., B.A., or B.Sc. degree, alongside a PGDE or equivalent professional teaching qualification.
- Proven prior experience teaching in a primary education setting will be considered a strong advantage.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills.
- Proficiency in using ICT and modern instructional technology for effective curriculum delivery.
