Key Responsibilities- Plan and deliver engaging Montessori curriculum lessons tailored to the developmental needs of each child.
- Create a prepared, safe, orderly, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages independence and curiosity.
- Observe, assess, and document student progress regularly, communicating effectively with parents and school administration.
- Foster positive social interactions and model respectful behavior within the classroom community.
- Participate in school-wide events, professional development workshops, and staff meetings.
- Possess a recognized qualification in Montessori education and professional teaching.
- Must hold a valid Teachers Registration Council of Nigeria (TRCN) certification.
- Possession of higher professional certificates or additional educational degrees will be an added advantage.
- Proven experience working in a reputable school environment implementing Montessori methods.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
