Key Responsibilities- Lead the design and implementation of comprehensive MEL frameworks, concept notes, and innovative research designs.
- Develop, pretest, and refine qualitative and quantitative data collection tools to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Coordinate wide-scale field assessments and oversee rigorous data quality assurance protocols.
- Analyze complex datasets using advanced software and AI-enabled reporting tools to produce insightful performance reports.
- Document best practices, lessons learned, and success stories to promote evidence-based and adaptive programming.
- Prepare comprehensive reports for internal stakeholders, donors, and partners to showcase program impact.
- Master’s or PhD degree in Sociology, Monitoring and Evaluation, Statistics, Economics, Social Sciences, Public Health, Development Studies, or a related field.
- Minimum of four (4) years of relevant professional experience within the development or non-profit sector.
- Demonstrated proficiency in data analysis software such as Excel, Epi-Info, NVivo, and AI-enabled reporting tools.
- Superior research, technical report-writing, and communication skills with strong attention to detail.
