About the Role
EnoughisEnough Nigeria (EiE) is a prominent non-partisan coalition of individuals and youth-led organizations dedicated to fostering a culture of good governance and public accountability across Nigeria. Through strategic advocacy, civic activism, and technology-driven mobilization, we empower young citizens—specifically those aged 18 to 35—to actively participate in the democratic process using our core R.S.V.P (Register, Select, Vote, and Protect) framework. We are currently seeking a dynamic and dedicated Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning (MEL) Specialist to join our vibrant team in Nigeria and measure the profound impact of our youth empowerment and governance programs.
Key Responsibilities- Design and implement comprehensive monitoring, evaluation, and learning frameworks for all EiE advocacy and civic engagement programs.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure project success, reach, and overall impact on Nigerian youth participation.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret quantitative and qualitative data to generate actionable insights and donor reports.
- Facilitate learning sessions with project teams to evaluate program outcomes, identify areas for improvement, and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Build the capacity of internal staff and partner organizations on effective data collection, reporting, and MEL best practices.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Monitoring & Evaluation, Development Studies, Social Sciences, Statistics, Business, or a related field.
- 5 to 7 years of professional experience in monitoring and evaluation, program management, or development research.
- Strong analytical and data management skills, with proven proficiency in utilizing MEL software and reporting tools.
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement, communication, and cross-cultural collaboration skills.
- Deep passion for good governance, civic tech, youth empowerment, and socio-political transformation in Nigeria.
