About the Role
Seven Up Bottling Company (SBC), a frontrunner in the fast-moving consumer goods industry, is seeking a dynamic and experienced AI and Automation Lead to drive our digital transformation journey. In this pivotal role, you will spearhead the practical delivery of intelligent automation solutions, bridging business challenges with cutting-edge technology to create measurable enterprise value across our Nigerian operations.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify, evaluate, and prioritize business automation and AI opportunities through a structured intake process.
- Design, build, test, and support robust workflows using n8n, APIs, and modern programming languages while integrating approved AI capabilities like document processing.
- Ensure seamless integration with core enterprise systems including Google Workspace Enterprise Plus, SAP S/4HANA RISE, and Azure DevOps.
- Establish a Center of Excellence (CoE) by developing reusable components, promoting AI literacy, and coaching internal teams and AI champions.
- Monitor solution performance, evaluate AI outputs against test cases, and validate material financial impacts alongside Finance and business owners.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven hands-on experience in business automation, software integrations, and AI-enabled workflow delivery.
- Demonstrated proficiency in building and troubleshooting n8n workflows, Python or JavaScript, REST APIs, SQL, and Git.
- Familiarity with Google Workspace automation, SAP integrations, and manufacturing or FMCG operational environments.
- Strong analytical, stakeholder communication, and secure development skills with a solid understanding of data protection.
