Greener Nigeria Initiative is seeking a dedicated Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning (MEL) Officer (Volunteer) to help us build sustainability through people empowerment, community development, and political education. Key Responsibilities- Design and implement comprehensive monitoring, evaluation, and learning frameworks for all organizational projects and community interventions.
- Track program progress, outputs, and outcomes systematically against pre-set project indicators.
- Collect, analyze, and manage both qualitative and quantitative data to measure intervention success.
- Prepare detailed reports, interactive dashboards, and insightful learning briefs for internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Support data-driven decision-making processes and foster a culture of continuous program improvement.
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
- Demonstrated experience utilizing various data collection tools, methodologies, and reporting standards.
- Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into digestible insights.
- Solid understanding of development programs, NGOs, and community impact measurement frameworks.
- Relevant academic background in Monitoring and Evaluation, Statistics, Economics, Social Sciences, or a related field.
