About the Role
Ardova Plc, a leading indigenous and integrated energy company in Nigeria, is looking for a talented Mid-Level Mobile Developer to join our dynamic technology team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and enhancing innovative mobile applications across Android and cross-platform environments using Flutter, delivering intuitive and reliable user experiences for our growing customer base.
Key Responsibilities- Design and develop responsive, user-friendly mobile applications for Android and cross-platform using Flutter, aligning with UI/UX design specifications and brand guidelines.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code while building reusable widgets and components for mobile and web front-end applications.
- Collaborate closely with back-end developers to integrate applications seamlessly with RESTful and GraphQL APIs.
- Optimise application performance, speed, and responsiveness across various devices, operating systems, and screen sizes.
- Participate in code reviews, troubleshoot technical issues, and write comprehensive unit and integration tests to ensure application reliability.
- Support the end-to-end build and release process, including Google Play Store submissions, while following CI/CD and DevOps best practices.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a Mobile or Frontend Developer with a proven track record of shipping applications.
- Bachelor's degree or HND in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in Flutter, Dart, and native Android development using Kotlin or Java.
- Working knowledge of front-end web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, or Vue.js) and state management approaches (Provider, Bloc, Riverpod).
- Familiarity with agile methodologies, version control systems like Git, and mobile security best practices.
