Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter for agent operations, merchant payments, and digital wallets.
- Build offline-first applications with local data storage and background synchronisation to support low-connectivity environments.
- Integrate mobile payment features, including NFC, QR codes, deep links, biometric authentication, and push notifications.
- Optimise app performance, security, and usability, particularly on low-spec Android devices and for users with limited digital literacy.
- Manage app testing, CI/CD, Play Store and App Store releases, crash monitoring, and ongoing maintenance.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 3-5 years of mobile application development experience, with strong proficiency in Flutter and Dart.
- Hands-on experience with REST APIs, local databases such as SQLite or Hive, offline synchronisation, and mobile payment integrations.
- Proven ability to write clean, maintainable code and optimise mobile app performance for diverse device specifications.
