We are currently looking for a talented Mixologist/Barman to join our vibrant team in Nigeria and deliver top-notch beverage services to our esteemed clientele.
Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and continually update innovative and classic cocktail menus that align with the establishment's brand and customer preferences.
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision, consistency, and adherence to established recipes and presentation standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar area in compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Engage with guests warmly, take drink orders accurately, and provide expert recommendations on beverage selections.
- Manage bar inventory, monitor stock levels, and place timely orders for supplies, ingredients, and equipment while minimizing wastage.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system efficiently, handle cash transactions, and ensure accurate daily billing and sales reconciliation.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen and floor staff to ensure seamless service delivery during peak operational hours and private events.
- Proven professional experience working as a Mixologist, Bartender, or Barman within the hospitality, hotel, or upscale lounge industry.
- In-depth knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks, along with a strong understanding of various beverage types, spirits, and wine pairings.
- Exceptional customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills with a passion for creating an inviting atmosphere for guests.
- Ability to multitask, work efficiently, and maintain composure under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant certification in mixology, hospitality management, or a related field is considered a strong advantage.
- Must possess a valid means of identification and demonstrate high levels of personal hygiene and professional grooming.
