Work Dey HR Services is recruiting an experienced and passionate Mixologist to elevate our bar operations. This role offers the perfect opportunity to showcase your creativity, craft signature cocktails, and deliver exceptional guest experiences in a vibrant lounge setting.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare classic and signature cocktails with precision, consistency, and artistic presentation
- Engage guests with professionalism, recommend beverages, and deliver five-star hospitality at all times
- Manage bar operations including stock control, inventory management, and waste minimization
- Contribute to menu development by creating innovative drinks and seasonal cocktail offerings
- Maintain exceptional hygiene standards for the bar area, equipment, tools, and glassware
- Collaborate seamlessly with food and beverage, kitchen, and service teams for smooth operations
- Drive revenue growth through effective promotion of drink specials and upselling techniques
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience as a Mixologist or Bartender in restaurants, lounges, or hotels
- Expert knowledge of classic cocktails, advanced mixology techniques, and professional drink presentation
- Proficiency with POS systems and cash handling experience preferred
- Demonstrated creativity with strong interest in emerging drink trends and flair bartending skills
- Outstanding communication and customer service abilities
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- Must be based in Abuja and possess a professional, presentable appearance
