Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and continuously update an innovative cocktail and beverage menu that aligns with the upscale brand identity of Sundown Cafe.
- Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic artisanal beverages with precision, speed, and artistic flair.
- Maintain a spotless, well-organized, and fully stocked bar area in compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Engage professionally with patrons, offering tailored drink recommendations and ensuring an exceptional customer service experience.
- Manage bar inventory, conduct regular stock counts, and minimize wastage through careful portion and cost control.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen and floor staff to ensure seamless service delivery during peak lounge hours and private events.
- Proven professional experience working as a mixologist or bartender in a reputable lounge, hotel, or upscale restaurant environment.
- Deep knowledge of mixology techniques, beverage pairings, spirit origins, and current industry trends.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills with a polished personal presentation.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure and meticulous attention to detail.
