Key Responsibilities- Provide attentive and compassionate supervision and care for children in assigned age groups
- Support classroom teachers in implementing daily learning activities and developmental programs
- Maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating learning environment
- Monitor children's health, safety, and well-being throughout the school day
- Assist with feeding, hygiene, and personal care routines
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding child progress and needs
- Support behavioural management and positive discipline strategies
- Participate in school activities, events, and professional development
- Relevant childcare certification or Early Childhood Development qualification
- Proven experience working in childcare or educational settings
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and staff
- First Aid certification (preferred)
- Clean background and health screening clearance
