Key Responsibilities- Remotely monitor and control the fully automated dairy production line including pre-treatment, batching, pasteurization, UHT, and Clean-in-Place systems via DCS and SCADA interfaces.
- Strictly execute product recipes and maintain precise process parameters such as temperature, pressure, flow rate, and fermentation curves to guarantee consistent product quality.
- Identify system alarms promptly, perform necessary emergency adjustments on the control panels, and collaborate with on-site floor teams to resolve technical issues swiftly.
- Operate automated Clean-in-Place systems to sanitize tanks, valves, and pipelines, strictly adhering to international dairy hygiene and safety regulations.
- Execute comprehensive shift handover protocols, maintaining accurate digital logs of production data and ensuring seamless transitions for ongoing processing batches.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Food Science, Bioengineering, Automation, Industrial Chemistry, or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant hands-on operational experience within fermentation workshops, pre-treatment facilities, or blending units of reputable large-scale food and beverage brands.
- Proficiency in computer operations with a strong familiarity with DCS, SCADA systems, or industrial automation control software.
- A deep understanding of dairy, brewery, or general beverage processing technologies and standard operating procedures.
- Ability and willingness to work flexible rotating shifts, including night shifts, in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Aged between 25 and 30 years, possessing the ideal balance of technical competence, physical stamina, and career drive.
