About the Role

Amaiden Energy Nigeria Limited is a premier total service provider to the Nigerian oil and gas industry, delivering expert outsourcing, technical staffing, and IT solutions. We are currently seeking a dedicated Methods & Webtools Engineer to drive digital transformation, process optimization, and governance across our Information Systems and Technology (IST) department. In this vital role, you will be instrumental in maintaining compliance with global standards, supporting web-based infrastructure, and developing innovative digital solutions that enhance business productivity and operational excellence in a dynamic energy sector environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor compliance of IST teams and contractors with established procedures, SLAs, KPIs, and company standards.
  • Develop, review, and regularly update IST policies, procedures, and documentation in the Company Management System (CMS).
  • Design and implement business process improvements using SharePoint, workflows, forms, and Microsoft 365 tools.
  • Develop applications, automated workflows, and Business Intelligence dashboards using Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
  • Support the continuous improvement and maintenance of the IST intranet, website, and related documentation.
  • Provide second-level technical support to users on Microsoft 365 and Office 365 applications.
  • Ensure IST teams maintain accurate and up-to-date inventories in the CMDB.
  • Coordinate user communications, awareness initiatives, and the design and reporting of affiliate-wide user surveys.
  • Maintain HSE records as assigned and ensure full compliance with applicable health, safety, and environment requirements.
Qualifications
  • B.Sc. or B.Eng. in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
  • Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in Information Technology, preferably within a methods or governance role.
  • Extensive knowledge of current and developing IS/IT industry solutions and business application strategies.
  • Strong problem diagnosis, technical writing, analytical, and reporting abilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
