About the Role

Aldelia Limited is currently recruiting a dynamic and experienced Methods Engineer - C&P Tools and Support to join our team in Nigeria. In this critical role within the Contracts and Procurement (C&P) division, you will manage, optimize, and support enterprise supply chain tools and systems, ensuring seamless operational efficiency across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide first-line functional support and hotline resolution for C&P tools including UNISUP, AGORA, ARIBA, and NIPEX.
  • Coordinate and deliver comprehensive training and appropriation programs for internal users and external suppliers.
  • Perform regular risk-based audits, data analysis, and compliance checks to support SOX requirements and affiliate performance.
  • Test, validate, and propose modifications to system profiles, reference users, and permissions while maintaining strict segregation of duties.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to update work instructions, user manuals, and process improvements using LEAN methodology.
  • Ensure full adherence to H3SE company rules and actively promote health, safety, and environmental policies.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of a Second-Class university degree in Engineering, Business, or a Supply Chain discipline.
  • At least 7 years of professional experience within the Oil & Gas industry and supply chain capacity.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including Macro writing), Power BI, and PowerPoint.
  • Demonstrated experience in risk-based financial and non-financial auditing, alongside LEAN facilitation skills.
  • Strong diplomatic, communication, and training delivery capabilities.
