Key Responsibilities- Diagnose technical faults and carry out precision repairs on home appliances including air conditioners, refrigerators, and washing machines.
- Perform professional installations and preventive maintenance in line with manufacturer guidelines and safety standards.
- Conduct rigorous quality assurance testing on all serviced appliances before returning them to customers.
- Provide exceptional customer service by explaining fault details and offering expert maintenance advice.
- Ensure strict compliance with warranty policies, repair procedures, and electrical safety regulations.
- Maintain accurate technical documentation of all service visits, spare parts usage, and completed jobs.
- Manage technical tools efficiently and promptly escalate complex faults to the Service Centre Supervisor.
- OND or technical certificate in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Refrigeration and Air Conditioning.
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in home appliance repairs and maintenance.
- Strong practical knowledge of electrical circuits, refrigeration systems, and diagnostic testing tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with high attention to detail and safety compliance.
- Good communication and customer service abilities, with a readiness to handle field service assignments.
