We are currently looking for an energetic and results-driven FMCG Merchandiser / Sales Promoter to join our growing sales team across selected locations in Abuja. In this field-based role, you will play a vital part in managing assigned retail outlets, driving product availability, and expanding our market footprint.
Key Responsibilities- Visit and manage assigned retail outlets within your designated location in Abuja.
- Ensure all company products are adequately available, stocked, and prominently displayed.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment to prevent stockouts.
- Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with outlet owners and managers.
- Identify, pitch, and onboard new retail outlets within your assigned territory.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and broader market conditions.
- Gather accurate market data and submit timely daily and weekly activity reports.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve outlet coverage, visibility, and sales KPIs.
- Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree with at least 1 year of professional experience.
- Prior working experience in FMCG merchandising, field sales, or retail promotion is an added advantage.
- Deep familiarity with the commercial landscape and key locations in Abuja.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- High level of self-motivation, organization, and the ability to work independently in the field.
- Must reside within or have convenient access to the designated operational areas in Abuja.
