We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven MEP Supervisor to join our growing team and lead the successful execution of critical building services on-site.
Key ResponsibilitiesAs our MEP Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless technical execution across our active project sites. Your daily duties will include:
- Manage the planning, coordination, installation, testing, and commissioning of all mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, fire safety, water supply, drainage, power, and lighting systems.
- Review MEP drawings, technical specifications, bills of quantities (BOQs), material submissions, and engineering proposals.
- Supervise MEP contractors, technicians, vendors, and site teams to ensure timely project execution, superior workmanship, system integration, and smooth handovers.
- Enforce strict safety compliance, quality control standards, and efficient cost-control measures across all project phases.
To be successful in this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in MEP coordination, building services, utility systems, construction project supervision, or technical installations.
- Practical experience managing MEP works on residential, commercial, and infrastructural projects with deep knowledge of drawing interpretation and site execution.
- Strong troubleshooting, commissioning, contractor management, and communication skills.
