About the Role
Basscomm Group Limited, a leading Mechanical and Electrical Contractor in Nigeria, is looking for a dedicated and skilled MEP Supervisor to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring our commercial and infrastructural projects are executed to the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and safety. Key Responsibilities- Supervise Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems installation and maintenance across multiple project locations in Nigeria.
- Review MEP drawings, technical specifications, Bills of Quantities (BOQs), material submissions, and proposals.
- Direct internal maintenance technicians and monitor daily task execution to ensure adherence to project timelines.
- Identify and resolve MEP-related technical issues promptly and efficiently on-site.
- Prepare comprehensive weekly and monthly operational reports for management.
- Enforce strict quality control and safety-compliance standards across all project sites.
- Bachelor's degree or HND in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 2 to 4 years of proven experience in MEP systems coordination, project supervision, and facilities engineering.
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, electrical installations, plumbing, pumps, generators, water sewage plants, fire protection, and drainage systems.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant engineering design and review tools.
- Demonstrated expertise in interpreting drawings, managing contractors, and overseeing site execution, testing, and commissioning.
