About the Role

We are currently seeking a dynamic and dedicated Medical Quality Lead to spearhead our clinical excellence initiatives, ensuring our multidisciplinary teams maintain the highest standards of patient safety and care quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive medical quality assurance programs across all hospital departments.
  • Conduct regular clinical audits, incident reviews, and risk assessments to identify areas for procedural and operational improvement.
  • Collaborate closely with doctors, nurses, and allied medical staff to enforce strict compliance with national and international healthcare standards.
  • Design and deliver targeted training programs focused on patient safety, clinical governance, and best medical practices.
  • Manage patient feedback systems, investigating complaints and formulating actionable corrective and preventive measures.
  • Liaise with international partner institutions in the UK and US to benchmark our quality metrics against global standards.
Qualifications
  • MBBS or equivalent medical degree from a recognized institution with a current practicing license.
  • Postgraduate qualification in Healthcare Quality Management, Public Health, Health Administration, or a related field is highly preferred.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive clinical experience, with at least 3 years in a dedicated medical quality assurance or clinical governance role.
  • Demonstrated expertise in healthcare accreditation processes, clinical audit methodologies, and risk management.
  • Exceptional leadership, analytical, and interpersonal communication skills.
