We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Medical Officer II to join our healthcare team in Mosimi. In this role, you will provide comprehensive clinical care in family medicine, managing both out-patient and in-patient settings while working alongside multidisciplinary healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess, diagnose, and manage patients in family medicine with appropriate clinical supervision and timely escalation when necessary.
  • Participate actively in out-patient clinics, ward rounds, on-call rotas, and medical procedures while contributing to quality-improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate, confidential, and timely clinical records in strict compliance with internal policies and current MDCN regulations.
  • Collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team, coordinating seamless patient care and supporting HMO processes.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS or MBChB) from a recognized and accredited institution.
  • Successful completion of mandatory housemanship, internship, and NYSC, accompanied by a valid, up-to-date MDCN registration and practicing license.
  • Minimum of 3 years of post-NYSC clinical experience, demonstrating strong competence in family medicine and patient management.
  • Exceptional communication skills, sound clinical judgment, and proficiency in maintaining electronic or manual hospital record systems.
