Key Responsibilities- Lead clinical strategy, governance, and rigorous oversight across all operational touchpoints.
- Manage the CareNet initiative and our expanding independent doctor network to ensure optimal performance.
- Oversee doctor availability, maintain high quality of care, and enforce strict clinical standards.
- Drive clinical operations and continuously improve the overall digital patient experience.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams on digital health, AI-enabled healthcare, and telemedicine solutions.
- Design and implement scalable clinical systems to support the rapid growth of the platform.
- Possess an active and valid Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria (MDCN) licence.
- Minimum of 5 years of broad medical and clinical practice experience.
- Demonstrated strong clinical acumen combined with exceptional leadership capabilities.
- Prior interest or hands-on experience in digital health, artificial intelligence in healthcare, or telemedicine.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication, cross-functional coordination, and execution skills.
- High level of ownership, initiative, and an entrepreneurial mindset to scale operations.
