As part of our comprehensive corporate wellness and occupational health infrastructure, we are seeking a dedicated and meticulous Medical Laboratory Technician to join our team in Adamawa State. In this vital role, you will provide reliable diagnostic information, ensure strict adherence to laboratory safety protocols, and support our clinical staff in delivering exceptional healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect, label, and process biological specimens accurately while adhering to strict safety and infection control protocols.
  • Perform authorized routine and specialized laboratory tests to assist clinicians in accurate diagnosis and patient management.
  • Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory equipment regularly to ensure optimal performance and reliable test results.
  • Maintain comprehensive and accurate laboratory records, ensuring data integrity and strict confidentiality of patient information.
  • Implement and follow rigorous quality-control procedures to guarantee precision and compliance with national healthcare standards.
  • Support multidisciplinary medical teams by delivering timely diagnostic data and participating in occupational health initiatives.

Qualifications
  • Must possess a recognized Medical Laboratory Technician qualification from a reputable institution.
  • Current registration and valid licensing with the appropriate Nigerian medical laboratory regulatory body.
  • Minimum of 7 years of relevant professional laboratory experience in a recognized healthcare facility.
  • Demonstrated expertise in laboratory safety, specimen handling, quality control, and record management.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with high standards of integrity, professionalism, reliability, and teamwork.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in Adamawa State, Nigeria.
