Key Responsibilities- Collect, prepare, and process biological specimens such as blood, tissue, and urine for accurate laboratory analysis.
- Operate, maintain, and sterilize sophisticated laboratory equipment and diagnostic instruments.
- Perform routine and specialized clinical tests adhering strictly to quality control and safety protocols.
- Accurately record test results into the hospital information system and report findings promptly to medical doctors.
- Ensure a sterile, organized, and compliant laboratory environment meeting national and international healthcare standards.
- Minimum of an Associate Degree or Diploma in Medical Laboratory Science or relevant field from a recognized institution.
- Valid practicing license and registration with the Medical Laboratory Science Council of Nigeria (MLSCN).
- Proven experience working in a reputable hospital or diagnostic laboratory setting.
- Strong attention to detail, excellent analytical skills, and proficiency in modern laboratory technology.
