We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Medical Laboratory Scientist to join our dynamic healthcare team in Lagos. In this vital role, you will manage laboratory operations, ensure diagnostic accuracy, and contribute directly to positive patient outcomes through reliable laboratory testing.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and manage daily operations within the medical laboratory
- Conduct accurate diagnostic tests on patient samples to aid in disease detection and management
- Collect blood and other biological samples professionally while ensuring patient comfort and safety
- Maintain meticulous, up-to-date records of all laboratory tests and results
- Ensure strict adherence to safety, hygiene, and quality control protocols in the lab
- Bachelor of Medical Laboratory Science (BMLS) or equivalent degree
- Valid practicing license from the relevant regulatory body
- Proven working experience as a Medical Laboratory Scientist
- Female candidates are preferred for this position
- Residency close to Anthony Village, Lagos (preferred locations include Gbagada, Shomolu, Maryland, Ilupeju, Ojota, and Ogudu)
