Key Responsibilities
  • Perform accurate and efficient laboratory investigations to aid in prompt patient diagnosis and treatment.
  • Collect, process, and analyze clinical specimens using state-of-the-art laboratory equipment.
  • Maintain meticulous and accurate laboratory records, documentation, and digital reports.
  • Ensure strict compliance with internal quality control protocols, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Operate, troubleshoot, and perform routine maintenance on laboratory instruments and devices.
  • Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and other multidisciplinary healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive patient care.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor of Medical Laboratory Science (BMLS) or equivalent degree.
  • Minimum of 4 years of post-NYSC clinical laboratory experience in a recognized healthcare facility.
  • Valid and current practicing license with the Medical Laboratory Science Council of Nigeria (MLSCN).
  • Strong comprehensive knowledge of modern laboratory procedures, biosafety standards, and quality assurance protocols.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, analytical mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced clinical setting.
