About the Role

We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Chemical Handler to join our dynamic team in Lagos, Nigeria. In this vital role, you will ensure the accurate preparation, monitoring, and management of chemicals used in the Talo clarification process, strictly adhering to safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare process chemicals for Talo clarification in accordance with approved standard operating procedures.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of chemical consumption, stock levels, and balances.
- Monitor chemical inventory regularly to ensure the continuous availability of process materials.
- Receive and transfer process chemicals safely to designated production areas following established handling protocols.
- Monitor process tank levels continuously to guarantee adequate chemical availability for uninterrupted production operations.
- Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations, environmental policies, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) during all chemical handling, storage, and usage activities.
- Minimum of an Ordinary National Diploma (ND) in an Engineering or Science-related field.
- At least two (2) years of relevant hands-on experience in chemical handling or a similar manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of safety protocols, inventory management, and quality control standards.
