Fortics Lifecare Limited, a leading network of primary healthcare providers offering value-added services, is looking for a passionate and qualified Registered Nurse (OHP) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in delivering top-tier nursing care, promoting health education, and ensuring a safe environment for all patients within our facility.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality nursing care and comprehensive support to patients across various healthcare units.
- Monitor patients' vital health conditions, accurately record vital signs, and report any significant changes to physicians.
- Administer prescribed medications, treatments, and vaccinations safely and efficiently.
- Maintain precise, confidential, and up-to-date medical records in compliance with healthcare standards.
- Promote health education, workplace safety, and strict infection prevention practices among staff and patients.
- Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient-centered care.
- Must possess a recognized nursing qualification from an accredited institution.
- Must be actively registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria (NMCN).
- Must possess a valid and current practising licence.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant clinical or occupational health nursing experience.
- Demonstrate exceptional communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills.
