About the Role

In this role, you will play a crucial part in producing reliable and precise data to support scientific investigations and healthcare delivery, contributing to our mission of promoting healthy living across Nigeria and West Africa.
Key Responsibilities- Perform accurate and reliable laboratory tests to support scientific investigations and patient care.
- Prepare specimens, biological samples, and laboratory reagents correctly.
- Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory equipment regularly.
- Participate actively in equipment validations, calibrations, quality control, and proficiency assessments.
- Ensure the laboratory is adequately stocked, well-resourced, and organized.
- Promptly and accurately record laboratory results and present them for professional review.
- Maintain the absolute safety and confidentiality of all generated data and records.
- Stay updated with modern technical developments to improve testing reliability and efficiency.
- Strictly adhere to standard laboratory safety measures, protocols, and regulatory compliance checks.
- Possession of a Bachelor Degree in Medical Laboratory Science (BMLS) or a related field.
- Current practicing license from the Medical Laboratory Science Council of Nigeria (MLSCN).
- 2 to 4 years of proven hands-on experience in a recognized medical or pharmaceutical laboratory setting.
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and precision.
