About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and clinically competent Medical Doctor to join our expanding team and contribute to our mission of delivering patient-centered healthcare excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive patient consultations including history-taking, physical examinations, clinical assessments, and diagnosis across clinic, home, and telemedicine platforms
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with patients and supervising physicians, adhering to established clinical guidelines
  • Perform telemedicine consultations, discussing laboratory results and managing routine and emergency complaints with professionalism and clinical acumen
  • Review blood results and manage patient referrals and correspondence appropriately
  • Conduct occasional home visits for registered membership scheme patients
  • Provide clinical supervision and instruction to nursing staff, interns, and medical students
  • Maintain comprehensive patient documentation and complete all required administrative paperwork for legal compliance
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams, specialists, and community organizations to optimize patient outcomes and coordinate care delivery
  • Contribute to clinical research initiatives and participate in continuing medical education programs
  • Support development of systems for managing chronic medical conditions using approved treatment guidelines

Qualifications
  • Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS, MbChB, MD, or DO) from a globally, nationally, or state-recognized university
  • Completion of compulsory internship and minimum post-NYSC service
  • Current valid registration and licensure from the Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria (MDCN)
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
  • Strong clinical decision-making and critical thinking abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams
