We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Superintendent Pharmacist to lead our pharmacy operations in Nigeria. In this pivotal role, you will ensure the highest standards of pharmaceutical care, oversee daily dispensary workflows, and mentor our dedicated healthcare support team to deliver outstanding service to our valued community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide a full complement of professional pharmaceutical services in a modern community pharmacy setting with an optimized workflow model.
  • Guide clients on the safe and effective use of over-the-counter medications while actively responding to symptoms and health complaints.
  • Process prescriptions accurately, dispense medications, and provide unbiased drug information to patients, healthcare providers, and the public.
  • Counsel patients extensively on prescribed medications, chronic disease management, and general health promotion.
  • Manage overall pharmacy operations in strict alignment with the mission, vision, and core values of Prime Pharmacy.
  • Coordinate, supervise, and mentor other pharmacists, pharmacy interns, technicians, sales assistants, and cashiers.
  • Maintain precise statutory records and execute essential administrative duties in compliance with regulatory frameworks.
Qualifications
  • Must be a qualified Pharmacist with a current annual practicing license issued by the Pharmacists Council of Nigeria (PCN).
  • Demonstrated cognate years of professional experience, particularly within a community pharmacy and supervisory capacity.
  • Additional relevant professional training, certifications, and leadership courses will be a distinct advantage.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills with a strong customer-first mindset.
